Do not choose this company as your tracking company!
<p>We went with Cartrack in May 2014. The unit was defective and they removed it and reinstalled it. Now this month this unit is defective but they expect me to pay for them to come out and fix it over a thousand rand. This is a rental unit which comes with a 1 year warranty. What a load of nonsense - a rental unit that comes with a 1 year warranty - then how I am I responsible for this unit breaking if 1 it does not belong to me and 2 it's being rented which means it goes back to them when I cancel my contract! Whose to say this was a "used" unit in the first place and would have failed in 2 years anyway. Plus I have to pay a cancellation fee because it's a 3 year contract and there is a few months still on the contract. Please whatever you do, do not choose this day light ******* of a company to track your vehicle! They are useless!!</p>

No one has called me! I came to fitment centre to have this device removed. I have been sitting here for an hour and forty minutes and I am told I must wait another 20 minutes because the technician is battling to remove the unit. Cartrack, I will NOT be paying the cancellation fee, it is ****************! You are pathetic and I am beyond mad!!!!! I read your mission statement on your wall, its hilarious because your technology is far from top quality.
