DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICE FROM CARTRACK!!!!

CarTrack is at it again, new installation was done on the 19th Dec, Cartrack unit is faulty, reported the same day, booked for repair on the 30th Dec, 2 technicians came and replaced the unit on 30th, observed the unit was still faulty too together with the technicians, we called in and CarTrack scheduled a senior tech today the 3rd of Jan, Senior Tech comes today with a wrong job card, to fix a tracker on another vehicle that i did not report, claims he cant help me with the faulty unit because its not what he was dispatched for. I HAVE REVERSED MY DEBIT ORDERS BECAUSE I CANT PAY FOR NO SERVICE
