DO NOT BUY A SERVICE FROM CARTRACK!!!!

CarTrack installed a unit on my car on 19Dec2024. The unit was not working properly and i reported the issue on the same day. to date, the unit has been replaced or repaired by 4 Technicians, it is still NOT WORKING.

i have decided to have the unit removed from my car coz IT HAS NEVER WORKED, sometimes i check the car on their App, the car was in Botswana at some point, on its own!!! right in the Kalahari Desert, i dont know how it went there and with who, in seconds and back to SA.

now Cartrack wants me to pay them cancellation fee of R2600, for something that NEVER WORKED!!! How is this my fault? what will i be paying for, this unit NEVER WORKED, installed in less than a month!!!!
