Dissatisfied Customer

I was encouraged after speaking to one of your agents and thought the bad experiences were over. I was promised a refund within 14 days, contacted the agent before the 14 days to remind her. 14 days came and passed, no communication, nothing. I'll wait for the calls after posting this as it seems like it's the only way to get their attention.
