Dissatisfied

After 4 years of being with them paying R199, I was informed that there are better packages cheaper than the one I have. Apparently , mine lapsed for the vehicle recovery warrantee, I must change my plan and pay additional fees to change my plan to a cheaper one, because the one I have right now is for tracking but it can’t track my precise location. They will try to recover my car but if they fail they won’t pay because I’ve passed the 36months warranty yet I’m still paying R199,I can’t track my car on the phone with the plan I had but the cheaper plans can .
