Dissatisfaction of Cartrack

Company called Car Tracker offered me their service of installing their tracking device in my car then I agreed. After their installation my reverse sensors are no longer functioning. They sent their inspecter to check the problem to my surprise they claim that it is not their fault. I emailed them and they haven't responded up to thus far
