Disrespectful representative

What a terrible and disgrace call from your maintanance representative Dineo Molefe. She was literally gossiping about myself with her colleagues while I'm holding on the line. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DO YOU PROVIDE GUYS. At least mute your clients if you need time to gossip and say ill stuff about them. I cannot believe the service I keep on getting from representatives of cartrack 😭😭😭
