Disrespectful customer care service

I am so disappointed with the customer service line at Car Track. I just called and when someone answered my call he just introduced himself and as I was explaining to him why I called he then dropped my call and either put me on hold or back I'm the line as I was waiting and listening to the automated voice for another 5 minutes till my call was completely dropped. HOW DISRESPECTFUL for the guy to not even hear my issue and cut my off while I was speaking and then never return or say a word to try and do his job by assisting me. I am very unhappy about this.
