Dispicable Service from Cartrack South Africa

Absolutely disgusting service from Cartrack South Africa. You don't wait even a minute to be signed up if you are bringing them business. Once you have signed up you're like a stray dog to them, you will beg for services yet you don't give them hassles when it's time to make payment. I know this because I have 20 vehicles with them that are under their guard. The only reason I am still with them is because of their excellent recovery team, other than that their service, maintenance, fleet departments are useless. You wait two weeks to a month for an installation, repair. You usually secure a booking with them by being a pest to them, which would take for an individual to be transferred about 20 times from consultant to consultant. You even wait 20minutes to get through to a consultant only for their phone machine to cut you off the line, then you start all over making the call again. Lately I tried their camera services they're even worse compared to other companies as they're using a DVR instead of a cloud to store memory, and this they don't mention when signing you up. I had to find this out recently when I was hijacked on the 9th June 2022, after trying to download footage from profile it got stuck on pending until I called in. After being put through several consultants I was eventually told they're unable to get footage because they had installed a DVR system which is stored on vehicle. They told me they will bring in a technician to come recover DVR from vehicle, to this day am still waiting for their technician which they couldn't even secure a date as to when the technician will come. I then asked when can repair to my tracking unit be done and said I must wait for the technician to come do the camera repair first, and in the min time I am driving the vehicle exposed to ******* should I be hijacked again while waiting for better days from Cartrack it means I won't be able to recover vehicle. So with my overall experience with the company I don't recommend the company to anyone looking to secure their vehicle as the service and attitude from Cartrack is dispicable. They're only excellent in taking in new clients, once you have signed up with them and making payments you're are like a stray dog to them. I requested repair to no success, I requested cancellation of service they're ignoring me. Im weighing up financial costs to sign up with another company so that my vehicle can be safe. Then I must get them to stop the useless contract of R699 which is a ******* considering my experience.
