Dishonest Sales People and Useless Customer Service

<p>Cancelled my service Sept 2015 due te selling my car and told the persone at your custumer service that i told your sales lady at Menlyn at the time i took out the contract that i will not take the service if its more than 12 month contract and she assured me its not. So i sent a cancellation letter and email wich i still have as proof. And your admin department confirmed. </p> <p> </p> <p>A few months after that i saw you where stil debiting my account so i stopped that. </p> <p> </p> <p>Last month i got a call from a legal Dept that you wil give me over and i said send me an emaik so i can send all the proof as i am driving. And nothing was received. </p> <p> </p> <p>Called last week was told a senior will email me back and yet nothing happened. </p> <p> </p> <p>So in conclude Cartrack is USELESS, *****S and their SALES people cant be trusted!! Well actually it seems everyone at cartrack if i read all the complaints!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>And my Lawer said i must gove you a chance to rectify it. Luckily i have all the operators names written down and times i spoke to them. So now we will take it further. </p> <p> </p>
