Dishonest
The scheduling department is full of ****s. I was told that the technician will come today to install the tracker between 9am to 11am. I've been waiting and no-one came. When I phoned AGAIN, was told that my appointment is 5pm. It's 6pm now and can't get hold of them because they knocked off.. Honestly your service is pathetic, full of ****s. As a new client, I'm not impressed at all.
