Disguting experience

I settled the arrears at a discount in June and to date I am told that the credit has not been done on my account. The debit order was not reinstated for July and on 20 August I was debited R850 instead of less covering only July and August premium but they decided to debit more without any communication. I was debited R850X2 today and I was charged a R130,00 by my bank for a unpaid fee. When I called, thy kemp making excuses and I want my refund together with the R130 unpaid fee charged on my acount because they debited on the wrong date and when they were not supposed until my query dated 20 August is resolved.
