Disgusting service

I have never used Cartrack and will never even in my wildest dreams. I keep on recieving messages to pay their overdue account. Today I receive a call from *** from a very rude lady who doesn't want to hear anything but payment. I really don't understand why I should be harassed for a contract that I never signed.
