Disgusting service - awaiting technician.

I have this problem that the tracker they have installed is pulling the battery power. I have called multiple times, since last week to have a technician sent out as I am unable to start the vehicle now.

Every time I call, they advised that they can see I have called and when asked to speak to a manager, they drop the line on me. This happened more than 3 times.

I definitely, without any hesitation would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am disgusted at how they're treating me, and their lack of empathy and empty promises.
