Disgusting service

So unhappy with the service I received from this circus of a company. 1.The sales person I delt with wasn't professional or very helpful, he sounded half asleep and didn't have a care in the world in assisting me. 2.The installer of the device wasn't professional and spoke and treated me like I'm his friend and like he was doing me a favor by installing the tracking device. 3.I had to send my car back to the dealership because I was having issues with the vehicle and they said they going to give me a new vehicle, so I phoned cartack and told them the situation and again the guy didn't care and didn't seem to understand and then he says I will have to pay R900 just to uninstall and reinstall the device which is a lot and I don't think its worth it, I then send a message to cartrack saying I'm not happy and want to cancel and nothing happens, I phone in and spoke to a lady about canceling and why i wanted to cancel but again didn't give a damn and kept on saying how much i must pay to cancel and if I accept it which I didn't for the 3rd time her asking. Im so disgusted by this "Company" and their staff, such a disgrace.
