Disgusting service !!!!!
The service is appalling!!! I contacted call centre on Friday requesting to reset the unit, and was told it would be active in 30 min. On Saturday, I spoke again with Nel/Neo because it was not active and he promised to call back in 20min. I'm still waiting for a call and the unit is not working. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
