Disgusting Service

I am extremely dissapointed with the services provided by this company,a total *******. i took the tracker with them thinking i am in safe hands, but disaster striked when the real business had to be done by them.

my Husband got hijacked and we reported the vehicle and we got call from them confirming the location of the vehicle. and later confirmed that they cant locate the signal due to bad signal and they are receiving no signal from the divice.

fasfoward to us now wanting to claim from the insurance and the insurance now require documents from them. they now tell me that they do not have detailed trip report because my device seems to not have been workiong, now them being the ***ards that they are they now pin on me that i should be checking on whether my device has been working. so now for the past 7 months that my device has not been working you did care less because i was not doing regular checks on the device while i am paying a monthly fee for a service that was supposed to be provided by Cartrack?

I am now calling requesting for a mere confirmation that the Tracker was apparently not workin g at the time(meanwhile we got confoirmation on the details for the vehicle during the hijacking), they are sending me department to department, so what must i d as consumer? get into their systems and od the work for them since no-one has the answers for me. they even have the audacity to hang up calls when i complain.

for such a big company your service is disheartening. after the trauma that my family has suffred and to get such a service from a company that i have never missed an installment.
