Disgusting Company
Never EVER have I experienced such shocking and disgusting non-service in my life. The mal functioning device in my car drained my car battery on Friday 21 October 2022. We managed to jump start my car and get me home. On Sunday 23rd October, I fell ill and was unable to get my car started and had to endure a night in a dehydrated, desperately ill state until I could call for help in the early hours of Monday morning. After getting a lift to hospital I was admitted for 48 hours. Not having anyone at home to attend to a technician, I only reported the incident to Cartrack at 11h00 on Wednesday 27 October. I explained the problem, and that I was still very I’ll and in desperate need of my vehicle and requested urgent assistance. As with a previous complainant I was told I needed to pay R600 just for the call out. I agreed as I had no option. I was promised a call back within the hour with a time that a technician would be there to assist. Today - 01 NOVEMBER -and I still do not have a car, nor have I received a call from them. I have called several times a day and just get empty promises that they will call back……..and nothing happens. I am so disgusted I am beyond consolation at this point. The sad thing is Cartrack is KNOWN to have this shocking record and they make no effort to correct things. What does that say about their morals -and are those the morals of their CEO JOSHUA VICTOR????????
