Disgusted with Cartrack service and faulty device

I got tracking device installed in my vehicle earlier this mont. However this device never worked. I've reported it 3 times and all these times promise was made that technician will contact me the same day. However, 4 days later after 3 promises, I still drive a vehicle without proper working tracker and risk my vehicle being ****** and never be paid by insurance.

Please stay away from Cartrack. There are many tracking companies with good reputation
