Disgusted with car track

i was a client of cartrack for over a year and not once when my vehicle broke down or was towed did they ever contact me about battery tampering or the vehicle in motion without starting it. i cancelled with car track 3 months ago and they kept on billing me, after e-mails and messages did i eventually receive a call from them. Now they demanding R1700.00 per vehicle for cancellation, there is no other tracking company that i was a member of that ever charged me a cancellation fee, what type of a company is this where you pay monthly and get no service and then get charged to cancel. i am very disgusted with car track and won't advise anyone to use them.
