Disgusted by their service
They debited for full year after I asked them to cancel my contract with them and I called them and the agent told me she is escalating to her manager but the manager is in a meeting and would call me back and guess what they never called back

28 Jun 2023, 11:12Marsha did not assist me yesterday but promised to call me back yesterday and guess what she hasn’t called. I just called them now and spoke to Nadia and she dropped the call on me when I asked to speak to her manager because she was having an attitude speaking to me. No one is telling me why I was debited after , I called them a month ago to cancel my contract and no one is telling when I will get my money back in my account . I am ****ED !!!
