Disgusted by the service
Hi, I bought a car with a device already installed and I was told it will be removed and install the one for R229 that was in May if I’m not making a mistake and I started getting calls from Cartrack trying to setup a date for when they will come and install and they thought that the car was in Vereeniging whereas is in KZN I told the guy who called and he said they will send guys from nearby until today no one came to install however I feel now I have been harassed by Cartrack to pay for something that wasn’t installed. They call me at night, very early morning and whenever it’s annoying for real now. I then decided to cancel because of the service I have received from Cartrack but wow 🚮
