Disgusted

Im extremly dissapointed with the service recieved from Car Track, I took a package with a panic button. The unit has been repaired 3 times and still does not work. I was in an emergecy situation over the weekend and pushed tbe panic button to alert the control centre to monitor the vehicle. Only to doscover tbey never recived the alert, then discovering the unit is again faulty. I called the call centre and NO ONE is willing to assist me!! I requested that the manager of Osborn Cele call me and am still awaiting that call. Totally disgusted!!! Quick to phone my emergency contact to find out why paymwnt has not been effected
