Disgust customer

Got a call from one of consultants was very rude and arrogant. Did not want to listen to anything I had to say. Due to covid everybody have had some cash flow issues. When I finally got chance to speak he threatened me with sheriff of the court and ITC. After asking him to speak to manager he threw phone down in my ear. Send a email a week ago to them never got a reply. Think of taking further steps. Would like a response on there way they do business.
