DISGUISH CUSTOMER

My car was involved in an accident this year 16 August 2019 and it was written off. Now they keep telling me that I owned them more than R1700 for cancellation if the car was not cancelled i would have paid this accountand premium from end of august till november for the polo. I have sent them copy of the insurance pay out and the proof the car was wriiten off. Please tell me how can you pay for something you dont have it is a risk that any company takes. this service at your company really disguishing
