Disgruntled Tracker customer
All premiums up to date but I find myself regretting tacking up their services. My car was high jacked and not recovered to date. Today I am told that I am not eligible for warranty cover because I did not test my unit something that was never explained as a necessity for the cover but rather as a safety feature. Further, how am I as a client responsible for a system that was installed off sight and a systems that I am paying someone to administer and suddenly it’s my problem. Sadly the same system was working perfectly now it is made to seem as though the system needs checking. I wonder what was I paying for and I have been with this company since 2016 to 2021 and took up the same services in 2023 if I am not mistaken. I now have to seek legal advise and and sadly I don’t have a car and I am now stuck. Oh and suddenly I am sent these lengthy terms and conditions which where never sent to me initially.
I wish any person reading this would do some research and consider other options.

07 Jan 2025, 22:28I really hope so and I am going to provide and update on this platform once the clarification as mentioned above is given. I am sooo disappointed on Car track and I really did not see this coming and really what is the point of selling products under false pretenses. To think since I need car track I would have taken it with out other benefits besides safety such as the warranty benefits but since it was there it made the product more credible. Yo be honest I would have been happy to get my car back and not to find myself typing lengthy paragraphs at 10:30pm. This is ridiculous.
