Disgruntled customer

CARTARCK is making my life a living hell.I have been communicating with Zandile April from the CEO's escalation department, who assured me that the dispute with my account has been resolved and the suspension uplifted, meaning that I do not owe the anything because I had paid the settlement amount which I was given by Mzwandile Maphumulo in July 2025. To my dismay, I'm receiving letter threatening me with legal action if I do not pay the outstanding amount of R1983!!!

I have been sent from pillar to post and all of a sudden Zandile April is no longer responding to my calls and emails!Their WhatsApp service is pathertic to say the least
