Disappointing Service actually no service

Omg Car track has drained my Battery. Have phoned 10 times as an emergency call. They keep putting me on hold. Can’t wait to take the unit out my car ASAP and not have to be a client of this company any more. So disappointed with this service. I thought in tough times people would be more money hungry. Clearly not
