Disappointing service

Hopefully one day I can also write a good review about this company but it’s honestly been terrible from the get go.

Today I returned a call, turns out it’s cartack and I’m guessing it’s because I wanted to downgrade from my current contract. I asked the consultant if he may call me back because I’m not sure of my reg number and would like to update it on the system, his response is I can always call back later to change it and that whoever called me will call me back.

I’m wondering if he could not assist me with downgrading and could he not assist with updating my details.

I think I’m ready to cancel my contract, worse scenario is if I get hijacked or my car gets ******, the type of service and attitude I’ll receive is already telling.
