Disappointing experience with Cartrack

My motorbike was hijacked and my first call was to Cartrack. To my disappointment, they did not follow up with any progress for an entire week.

I kept calling them only to have them drop my calls. When they did give me feedback, it was to tell me that they were unable provide me with the Log Trip Report as their unit had a fault and never updated me.

What is the point of paying for a tracker if you cannot get a Log Trip Report when you need it most?

I am thoroughly disappointed and am definitely changing the Tracking company as soon as this matter is resolved.

I would not recommend Cartrack to anyone!
