Disappointing customer interaction

My husband's vehicle was involved in an accident October 24. I was informed by tracker i wasn't privy to any info as no instruction was provided to give any details to me despite having been registered the primary driver. I had received an sms that there was battery failure and even after that confirmation they still refused to help. I then obtained police authorization to get information from which i was told the car had last been tracked on the high way around the evening. We found my husband dead 2 days later and my argument is that since this vehicle had a power failure and had not parked at its primary parking spot for 2 consecutive days was that not course enough for the tracker to get someone to investigate it's whereabouts?? What was the point of having the tracker installed in the first place if the car can be out of range for so long and not have anyone do anything about it?? If you'd done your job we would have found my husband the night he died and not in a government mortuary days later. You are an inhumane and heartless bunch of leaches solely interested in collecting debit orders.

Tracker to date has done nothing regarding my complaint. I received a call from a consultant telling me my matter had been escalated and that someone else would be in contact with me but nothing happened instead i get a call this morning to say there's been a power failure on my vehicle and when i ask which one still the consultant can't give the info to me🤔. To show no notes had been registered she doesn't know the account holder is late. Genuinely your service is pathetic and personally would never be your customer. I've certainly learned from my husband's mistake.

My husband had registered two vehicles which one was written off from the accident, the vehicle I'm using is the first to be registered on his profile and was parked safely at home at the time of your call. I'm wondering what power failure you were seeing on your side.
