Disappointing and frustration

Cartrack has been very disappointing in handling my situation. I was involved in a car accident in December 2023, and my car was declared a write-off. When I called to cancel my contract, I was informed that I could not do so because it only ends in September 2024. Despite this, I have continued making payments, and every time I receive a call from your team, I request cancellation, yet nothing has been done. It seems like the only concern is collecting payments rather than addressing my request.

Now, I am being told about the app, but that does not resolve my issue. Since my repeated requests have been ignored, I am tired of these ongoing debit orders.

Good day

I am beyond frustrated and tired of this whole situation with Cartrack. When it comes to honoring my contract, I have done my part, but when I try to cancel, it becomes an endless struggle. It has now been five months after my 36-month contract ended, yet I am still forced to continue paying. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me we cannot proceed with the cancellation process unless I agree to make one final payment for the tracker and settle any outstanding arrears. However, I have not owned the car for over a year, and it has not been using the tracking unit because it was written off after a car accident. I called Cartrack immediately after the accident to request cancellation, but they refused to process it. I am exhausted from constantly being given the runaround. This is unfair and unacceptable!
