Disappointing and Frustrating service
Good day Cartrack Support/Complaints,
I called Cartrack three times on 21 April 2026 and spoke to three different consultants. On all occasions I was informed that the “power events” or “battery disconnected” report I requested cannot be furnished.
This is perplexing, as your official website explicitly states that these reports are available to account holders on request.
I hereby formally request the following:
1. Full Power Events / Battery Disconnected report for Ford Ranger, from date of inception/install to 21 April 2026. 2. Written confirmation- if Cartrack’s position is that no such data exists for this period. 3. Escalation to a supervisor- if front-line consultants cannot access this report.
This information is required for a formal dispute lodged with the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa regarding a latent vehicle defect. Time is of the essence.
Regards, Princess

I haven't received any feedback as promised by Sabelo. Can Cartrack resolve my request as I've made it clear that the data required is pertinent to a case I've filed. If I don't receive any feedback by today, I'll escalate this refusal to the National Consumer Commission and the Information Regulator of South Africa.
