Disappointed with Car Track.

On the 9th of February 2020 my vehicle was involved in a crime which i saw on social media after failing to get hold of the driver ,i immdiatly call car track to to trace the vehicle, The operator told me the vehicle cannot be tracked as i did not test the unit sorry. Fortunately i had a back up beame tracker who after my call located my vehicle straight away, whist i was on the phone the operator from beame could tell me exact location of my vehicle. So after me calling car track over a period of a week and being send from department to department with no explanation or accountability. Five days later and two days after i take out the battery i get a sms and numerous phone calls letting me know they detect a battery disconnect.

15 February 6 days after this Saga started i get a call from someone at car track asking me if my vehicle was safe after i explained me story to her she just did what Car track is has mastered ...and that's transfer me to another department....

So i need to know if my vehicle could not be tracked because i did not test my unit and they did not inform me.......how did it all of a sudden a few days later start working.... Nobody from car track can answer me instead they transfer me until the call get cut In the three years i am with then it was the first time i needed the service and it was a total disappointment. I own a transport company and i will never recommend this company to any person. thank you Beame (Matrix) i have my vehicle back ..........So much for Car track
