Disappointed SA Citizen in Cartracker

Highly disappointed in the lack of service that I had to deal with for the past 3 weeks. There service agents is very *********** really. You can on speaking the same stuff over and over to this people. When I log in it keeps on telling me my services was suppended due to none payment. I've made a payment after this people promised me my service will be reinstated that was still in last week up until now nothing. I would never advise anyone to sign up with this people really they have no order in there call centre. They phone you when you pick up they drop the call wat a waste. When they done calling you and you don't pick up then quick to send you a WhatsApp to say make contact with them. But up until now I haven't been assisted. This people just talk a lot. I would really not advise people to sign up with trackers.. Month end they want to harass you for money but they can't evens sort a fault out. They should also consider employing coloured people...thank you.
