Disappointed in Cartrack
I am very disappointed with how my case was handled, my car was ****** and nobody has been in contact after they have told me they couldn't recover the vehicle at the last location. I then requested info on how to escalate for recovery warrantee and no one knew how I should escalate the case, always being told that the manager will call me and no one has ever called me. I feel like I could have taken my money and went to a different company because the service could have been better. I absolutely do not recommend it at all. If you join it you might as well be throwing your money in the garbage bin. Its indeed a ****.

31 Aug 2022, 15:41I cannot believe that after offering the poor service and failing to recover my car you are still not able to provide me with the recording for the call made while testing the unit. Because the reason why my warrantee claim was declined its because you believe I never called to test my unit however when I request for the recording of this call, You are telling me to make an appointment to come to your offices just so I could listen to the recording that is supposed to be readily available upon my request. Which kind of a sick joke is this...?. Please do acknowledge there is no such thing as warrantee cover of R150 00. STOP MISLEADING THE PUBLIC.
