Disappointed in billing system

This is the WORSTE business with their billing system!!! This is my 2nd review this week. I keep getting random amounts debited from my account this September month, and then get emails that my account is still outstanding. I have my account debited every month from the 7th. What a disappointment!!! I got response back from my 1st review saying that nothing is outstanding on my account and yet i still get notifications that my account is in arrears
