Disappointed, dissatisfied, financially inconvenienced

I am at a point whereby I'm tired of repeating myself. So I was in the process of purchasing a car from one dealership (A) in November 2024 and I requested cartrack services at the first dealership (A) when I was busy with the enquiry, however the deal didn't go through, as a result I decided to enquire another dealership (B) in November 2024 and by God's grace the deal was approved. So at dealership (B) they had pre-installed a tracking unit in the car. I have since been engaging with cartrack to remove the car that was not delivered from my account and also reimburse me for the debits that they've been collecting from my account and to my surprise cartrack still collect money from my bank account. After lengthy calls I was also informed that cartrack was supposed to cancel the installation at no cost (recent call ***) because the car purchased at dealership (B) had the unit pre-installed. At this point I think of requesting legal advice because this has been going on since November 2024, and we're now in March 2025. The boring thing is that I have 5X cars on cartrack, which is quite disappointing. I wonder how they treat their enemies because as a customer I'm way beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I've been receiving
