Disappointed customer

From just the ratings of this company,I should've just never considered it to begin with. Never have I ever experienced such disappointment with a service provider as much as I did with this company. My vehicle could've been easily been ****** because of their faulty device being installed and they took no accountability whatsoever. Not even good customer service was practiced. Imagine calling your tracking company and they tell you they don't even know where your vehicle is. Personally I think this company should just close down as the only thing they're good for is exploiting customers.
