Disappointed Client of 4years

I was called by the scheduling department to get my new device fitted. The person whom I was talking to is Nontuthuko Ndlovu. That girl had the nerve to not only talk over me but to argue with me and hang up on me. When I called back to complain, her second team leader Bongiwe Gonya gave me the rudest service I could ever imagine from a whole supervisor. More details of my complaint is in the recording and I strongly advise the management of this company to check your consultants and how good of a service are they giving to your existing clients. Don’t just focus on giving us great service only when you want us to sign up with you. Nonsense!!!! The service I got from that Nontuthuko is uncalled for and needs urgent attention.
