Disappointed client

Im so disappointed at cartrack ive just installed a track on the 14th of december this year the problem is the technician who installed it messed up with my headlights ive noticed it on the same night after installation the following day when i phone cartrack they told me i have to pay R600 for call out fee even when i explained that it was not my fault after that no one has helped me with that i kept phoning them everyday its now two weeks they still taking me pillar to post now i can't drive at night because of this im so disappointed at cartrack ive i saw wish i didn't go to them they are so helpless im so disappointed at them
