Disappointed client

Carrack is very very useless. Had their roadside emergency assistance package since last year and never used it but today when I call to request for my promised 10 Litres diesel they tell me they want R100 before they can provide their services...so now I'm in the middle of nowhere and don't have R100 to get help. I'm cancelling their package and they tell me they will deduct R50 for cancellation whereas they told me IT IS NOT A CONTRACT AND I CAN CANCEL ANYTIME...im currently looking for a better car tracking company. Please advise.. Anyone...
