Disappointed client

I'm highly disappointed with car track they have been giving me a run around since Saturday promising that I would get a call back, all for a technician to assess my vehicle. If this is the kind of service they are offering on the very first time that I've needed their assistance it makes me wonder if they ever be available if any thing happens to my vehicle I'm even considering using a different company. Worst of all they don't even provide reference number or follow up if you've been assisted
