Disappointed Car track *******

Hi Guys

Please dont be fooled by Cartrack as they are not a reputable company to deal with from their sales division to the top they are *****. I had Cartrack tracker in my previous vehicle a renault clio and had 2 months left to pay and when my insurance company gave me their number to install a tracking unit on my new vehicle i was told that the last 3 months will fall away provided that i install cartrack unit on my new vehicle to which i did as i took their word for it. Three months later i recieved a sms for the amount of R378.30 ref. No GOVE0068. ********** 918 thereafter i called and query this amount and the agent said that it was not R378.30 but R278.00 which they deducted from my account. I am very unhappy as i called 4 times regarding this but keep on getting promises up until today and still until today no response. Never again will i install a cartrack unit in my vehicle or refer Cartrack to anyone else.
