Disappointed

Hallo, I'm disappointed with these company. I had to stop the taxi for 3 days waiting for them since they send me the text and called the driver.

Tel: ***. www.cartrack.com The taxi was standing for 3 days without working waiting fir Cartrack. I called the manager to explain even send and email twice but he said he will sort out the problem now I lost income for those days and no one wants to take accountability for my lost. Please assist if situation is like that.
