Disappointed and emotionaland financial abused

Im very disappointed and finished by this company cartrack im expecting them to refund me as our last telephonic conversation but i just received a call from Zanele Hlongwane she says she is from accounts dept and im owing R121 i dont know from when now bcs they cancelled and closed my account and they have not refunded me and now they going bck to say i owe them please what is it that im owing them?????
