Disappointed

I’m very disappointed at the fact that cartrack has no clause that states that should a client wish to terminate their contract before the specified duration there will be a cancellation fee EXCEPT in a case where the vehicle is written off. Now I have to pay a cancellation fee of R2000 because my vehicle has been written off. I mean I’m not cancelling the policy because I want to, the current situation is forcing me to. Wish I had known about this before taking the policy.
