Review for Cartrack

I am extremely disappointed with Cartrack’s handling of my situation.

When I first signed up, I was never made aware of these “fine print” clauses that only come up when you want to cancel. My car was in an accident and written off. I even used Cartrack’s own roadside assistance to tow my vehicle, which should have been on record. Despite emailing numerous times for cancellation, I was only contacted a month later.

Now Cartrack insists I must pay R2,600 because I am “terminating my contract early” — despite the fact that the cancellation is due to an accident, which is completely out of my control. On top of that, I am being harassed with constant calls instead of being assisted.

It’s very disappointing because while I had the service, I was impressed. But this experience has been ridiculous and unfair, and I would caution others to carefully read the fine print before signing with Cartrack.
