DISAPPOINTED

I installed a tracker on the 02/08/19. To date on their app it only showing 03/08/19 that the car is parked. I sent a review on their app about no response. Sent an email no response. Promises that were given when l signed up for non of those things are happening.no record of anything not even the real time that was promised. Today 18/08/19 l decided to call them so that they can tell me where my car is. What l got was worse than their app. They gave me a location that was 5hr ago l even ask the gentleman whose name was Manqoba l said are you sure he said yes then he later said wait,thats when l was given the location but he then said l have eye problem.in that moment l panicked. I then told him about my app issue he later told me that they will have to reset it..promised to call me back. Then Bassie called regarding the app functioning,he then told me the worse.he said the device on the car is faulty.in that moment l agreed to what people around me have been saying about Car Track. That they promise things that they don't deliver.l advised that the tracker on the car is less than a month old. How is that possible. I said to him,which means they installed a faulty one,of which he agreed.lm very disappointed at this.
