Disappointed

On the 01/07 my battery was taken out of my car, i never ever received any call from cartrack to confirm if my battery was being tampered with.....i later called cartrack to confirm why never received a call and all i was told was they did pick up on the system that the battery was moved 45mins prior to me calling and the lady who i spoke to had advised she was going to escalate to supervisor-well lets just say i still await feedback from the supervisor.....minutes later a battery was inserted just to get me home and note once again the battery was taken out and no call again!!!!!! I bought anothr battery which cost me R1040 since i had no old battery for a lower rate .....im pretty certain if i was contacted On time this would have been avoided ,i park right next to the church i was at literaly 10 secs to the church door.....i await feedback
